Look to Jesus, Weary One

Lyrics

Haste, O sinner, now be wise,
Look and live, look and live,
Stay not for tomorrow’s sun,
Look and live.
Wisdom if you still despise,
Look and live, look and live,
Harder is it to be won,
Look and live.

Chorus:

Look! the Lord is lifted high,
Look to Him, He’s ever nigh,
Look and live, why will you die?
Look and live.

Haste, and mercy now implore,
Look and live, look and live,
Stay not for the morrow’s sun,
Look and live.
Lest thy season should be o’er,
Look and live, look and live,
Ere this evening’s stage is run,
Look and live.

(Chorus)

Haste, O sinner, now return,
Look and live, look and live,
Stay not for the morrow’s sun,
Look and live.
Lest thy lamp should cease to burn,
Look and live, look and live,
Ere salvation’s work is done,
Look and live.

(Chorus)

Haste, O sinner, now be blest,
Look and live, look and live,
Stay not for the morrow’s sun,
Look and live.
Lest perdition thee arrest,
Look and live, look and live,
Ere the morrow is begun,
Look and live.

(Chorus)
