That Beautiful Land

Lyrics

There’s a beautiful land far beyond the sky,
And Jesus my Savior is there;
He has gone to prepare me a home on high,
O I long, O I long to be there!

Chorus:

In that beautiful land,
Where the angels stand,
We shall meet in that beautiful land.

I have friends who have gone to that land on high,
They are free from all sorrow and care;
And I trust I shall meet them above the sky,
O I long, O I long to be there!

(Chorus)

We shall meet in that beautiful land on high,
And be with the bright and the fair,
Where the waters of life sweetly murmur by,
O I long, O I long to be there!

(Chorus)
