When Jesus Calls

Lyrics

When Jesus calls me I must go,
And leave my loved ones here below;
But when I reach that home above,
I’ll rest forever in His love.

Chorus:

When Jesus calls,
Then I will go
To that bright home above,
Where all is joy and peace and love,
And live for evermore.

The Savior stands and bids thee come,
Directs you to Jerusalem;
Where none but saints and angels dwell,
While sinners have their part in hell.

(Chorus)

And when I reach that heav’nly home,
In this vain world no more to roam,
I’ll walk the golden streets and sing,
And praise my Savior, Lord and King.

(Chorus)
